How Do I Change My Email Address?
If you'd like to change your Prize Chaser delivery email address or site login email address, please send a message to memberservices@prize-chaser.com
I'm subscribed but I'm not getting your emails. What do I do?
1. First, check. your Spam or Junk Mail folder and mark the Prize Chaser emails as "not spam". If you are a Gmail user, make sure to check your "Promotions" folder and click the star symbol next to our newsletter to mark as a "Favorite".
2. To ensure future Prize Chaser emails get delivered to your inbox, reply to one of our emails.

As a paid subscriber, you can also access recent newsletters on our site. Click on the "Log In" link on the upper right side of this site and login with your Prize Chaser account. Once logged in, click on "Recent Newsletters".
How do I cancel my subscription?
Click on the "Log In" link on the upper right side of this site and login with your Prize Chaser account. Once logged in, click on "My Subscriptions" and you can cancel your subscription.
How do I change my payment method?
Login to your PayPal account, click on Activity and look for a recent payment to Universal Family Publishing. Click on the transaction and click on" Manage Universal Family Publishing LLC Payments". Select or add a new payment method.
