HOW TO ENSURE YOU RECEIVE PRIZE CHASER EMAILS

 

Gmail 

1. Look at the spam folder and if you see our message there, click on "Report not spam." 

2. Check your  "Promotions" folder and if you see our message there, on mobile devices, click the 3 dots in the upper right, Select "Move" then "Primary".  For desktop users, drag the message to your Inbox

3. Click on "Settings", go to Filters, make a new filter, specify “prize-chaser.com” as the domain and select "Never send it to spam." 

 

Yahoo 

If you're on a phone or tablet: 

1. Click on the three stacked lines in the upper right 

2. Under Settings, click on Filters, and select the email account you are using.

3. Click the "+" icon, name it "Prize Chaser" and specify "prize-chaser.com" as the domain

4. Click  "✓" icon to save your setting. 
    

If you're on a desktop computer:

1. Open a Prize Chaser email

2. Click on the Prize Chaser name/email and click "Add Contact." 

 

AOL

1. Open a Prize Chaser email

2. Click on the Prize Chaser name/email and click "Add Contact." 

 

Apple Mail

On your phone or tablet:

1. Open the email from Prize Chaser

2. Tap the Prize Chaser name in the “From” line.

3. On the next screen, tap “Create New Contact”.

 

Outlook

If you're using a phone or tablet: 

1. Open a Prize Chaser email 

2. Click the 3 dots in the upper right 

3. Click "Move to Focused Inbox", then "Move this and all future messages", then "Move to Folder". 

 

If you're using a desktop computer:

1. Open a Prize Chaser email

2. Select "Click here to download pictures" , then "Add Sender to Safe Senders List" or "Add the Domain @prize-chaser.com to Safe Senders List."

1. Open a Prize Chaser email, select "I trust members@prize-chaser.com. Always show content." 

2. Click "More," then "Mark" then "Mark as Not Junk."
